Hosted in our dedicated indoor studio space, HBC Studio, located on Hespeler Road in Cambridge, Ontario, our sitter sessions are thoughtfully planned to be safe, relaxed, and fun for your baby. From curious glances and clapping hands to joyful giggles, we focus on capturing the sweet details of this fleeting developmental stage.

Based in Cambridge, Ontario, we welcome families from across the Waterloo Region, Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding areas. Are costumes provided for Smiley Sitters sessions?

We do not provide costumes for toddlers. Clients are asked to bring their own costume, and we discuss costume ideas and themes during the pre-session consultation to ensure everything looks perfect.

Is it safe for my baby?

Yes. Our studio follows all safety guidelines, and our photographers are experienced in handling babies gently.

Can my baby take breaks during the session?

Absolutely! We work around your baby’s schedule—feeding, nap, or comfort breaks are part of our session flow.

How and when will we get the photos?

We first send all raw photos with a watermark for view-only mode. You select the images according to your package, and we deliver the final edited photos within 15 business days after receiving your selection. We aim to deliver them as soon as possible and can also provide extras (photo‑books, prints) if requested.

How can I secure my session, and can I reschedule?

You can secure your session by paying a $50 deposit plus tax. You can reschedule in advance by contacting us at least 48 hours before your session, and your deposit will be applied to the new date. If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.
